Finance Director
We are recruiting a Finance Director to lead our Finance Division and play a key role on the Board. This is a hands‑on, operational and strategic role, ideal for an experienced Finance Director or a strong Financial Controller ready to step up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Monthly Management Accounts, statutory reporting and the annual budgeting cycle.
- Oversee financial planning, controls, governance and risk management.
- Act as a commercial partner to Operations, providing insight and challenge.
- Deliver accurate monthly performance reporting and Board Packs.
- Drive process improvements, cost‑efficiency initiatives and financial projects.
- Lead, develop and strengthen the Finance team.
Skills & Experience
- Qualified accountant with significant post‑qualification experience.
- Strong technical accounting expertise and commercial acumen.
- Confident communicator able to influence at Board level.
- Highly organised, analytical and solutions‑focused.

Finance Manager
We are recruiting a Finance Manager to maintain the financial records of the company, ensuring all transactions are recorded appropriately, control accounts are reconciled, cash is accounted for and that financial controls are maintained. Also, to assist the Finance Manager in ensuring appropriate professional standards are established and upheld.
Principal Responsibilities
- To complete various month end tasks by the set deadlines, including the reconciling of all inter-company control accounts and a number of balance sheet accounts;
- To reconcile the monthly bank statements;
- Assist in the implementation of internal policies;
- To prepare comprehensive and accurate weekly flash reports and monthly Management Accounts by the set deadlines.
- Develop KPI’s and other types of management information in order to assist the decision making of the business;
- Develop and maintain adequate and effective internal controls to ensure the effective operation of the business.
- Complete timely statutory returns including GST, IT IS and Social Security;
- Maintain the Chart of Accounts for the business, updating and making amendments when necessary
- To assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of various IT systems
- To review systems and procedures with a view to offering suggestions for improvement
- Assist the Finance Manager in the close down and preparation of the annual statutory accounts within the set deadlines;
- To prepare the annual budget and associated company reforecasts.
- Support the operations side of the business to ensure key individuals have the financial support to help them follow and understand the company’s policies and procedures
- Support other team members and administration tasks when required
- Any other duties at the request of the Finance Manager
Skills & Experience
- Being qualified by experience will be considered or partially qualified.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player, with the ability to communicate and deal with all levels of staff throughout the business
- Experience of working in a Commercial Accounting Environment
- Knowledge of NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work on own initiative
