We are recruiting a Finance Director to lead our Finance Division and play a key role on the Board. This is a hands‑on, operational and strategic role, ideal for an experienced Finance Director or a strong Financial Controller ready to step up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Monthly Management Accounts, statutory reporting and the annual budgeting cycle.
• Oversee financial planning, controls, governance and risk management.
• Act as a commercial partner to Operations, providing insight and challenge.
• Deliver accurate monthly performance reporting and Board Packs.
• Drive process improvements, cost‑efficiency initiatives and financial projects.
• Lead, develop and strengthen the Finance team.

Skills & Experience

• Qualified accountant with significant post‑qualification experience.
• Strong technical accounting expertise and commercial acumen.
• Confident communicator able to influence at Board level.
• Highly organised, analytical and solutions‑focused.
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
